Taylor Rose TTKW Cumbria.
Founded in 2014, Taylor Rose Cumbria came about via a merger of a local award winning Conveyancing team headed by
Felicity Marsden LLb (Hons) and Taylor Rose Law TTKW based in Peterborough, London & Manchester.

As a Solicitor, with over 17 years' experience in all Property (both residential and commercial) and Private Client matters, Felicity oversees the Cumbria Branch of Taylor Rose TTKW. Felicity has practised in West Cumbria for over 10 years, gaining a loyal client following and is known for her attention to detail and comprehensive and efficient service. Felicity has led her Conveyancing Team to be Highly Commended for two successive years at the Law Society Excellence Awards, which recognises the hard work and dedication of Felicity and her team.
Chloe Higham
Graduate Legal Executive
Laura is a Graduate Legal Executive with a degree in Criminology and a Graduate Diploma in Law and fully completes her qualification in early 2017. Laura has found a real passion for offering a high quality of friendly service to clients and working to expand her knowledge by getting to grips with more complex and challenging property matters. Laura also now deals with Private clients matters including wills, probate and lasting powers of attorney so she can offer an all round service to her clients

Conveyancing Assistant
Sally has worked at several local law firms in West Cumbria and therefore brings to Taylor Rose TTKW over six years worth of experience in all residential conveyancing and private clients areas. Working to formalise her experience, Sally started the training to become a legal executive in 2014. Sally is the first point of contact for wills, probates and lasting powers of attorney, offering caring and supporting advice at what can be troubling times for her clients
